Chance Harbor is a town located in the northern area of Washington state; it is a part of Essex County. After the tragic death of her mother, Amelia Blake, Cassie Blake relocated there as her grandmother, Jane was next of kin.

Notes and Trivia

• In the original pilot script Andrew named the town New Salem, Maine, but when Kevin rewrote it it was changed to Chance Harbor, Washington.
  • If the name hadn't been changed the town name would been the same as it book equivalent only located in a different state.

• It's unknown when it was colonized but it was there before the Salem Witch Trials started.
